TX53FResearch fluorescence microscopeAdopting an excellent infinity optical system, the electric control panel and advanced light source control function have been improved. The basic bright field configuration has five sets of objective lenses, observation magnification of 40X-1000X, equipped with 8 million or 47 million pixel fluorescence dedicated high-sensitivity high-speed microscopy digital imaging system and external output devices such as computers and printers. It is widely used in scientific research and medical clinical testing in the field of life sciences.
Instrument features:
Excellent optical performance: The ECGO infinite distance bidirectional chromatic aberration calibration system objective with a new optical architecture has three focal length designs of 45mm, 60mm, and 95mm, which can balance high resolution and long working distance.
Long life light source: The transmission lighting adopts a large-scale LED light-emitting array packaged with multi-core stack technology, simulating a solar light source. The emission spectrum is uniformly continuous in the visible light range of 400nm to 650nm, and has high fidelity color reproduction ability for various stained specimens.
Nano ceramic anti-wear stage: It adopts bidirectional wear-resistant steel wire wheel transmission, without exposed racks or any protrusions, and its surroundings are designed with obtuse angled slopes for safer operation.
● Electric objective magnification switching: By lightly touching the △ ▽ button on the body panel, the high and low magnification of the objective can be switched.
● Automatic light intensity management function: By operating the LIM/SET key and dimming knob, independent brightness settings can be pre-set for different objective lenses.
Tool free disassembly and assembly of reflective filter block: The installation and disassembly of the filter block can be completed in 2 simple steps.
