This product is a human endothelin receptor type B (EDNRB) fusion protein carrying nine key mutation sites, with a C-terminus containing EGFP fluorescent reporter gene, FLAG tag, and His tag. It is dissolved in a special detergent buffer system to maintain the natural conformation and membrane protein activity of the protein, and is suitable for GPCR related research.
