1、 System Introduction
Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation technology that can purify and separate solutions. Ultrafiltration membranes only allow solvents (such as water molecules), inorganic salts, and small organic molecules in the solution to pass through, intercepting large molecular substances such as suspended solids, colloids, proteins, and microorganisms in the solution, thereby achieving the purpose of purification and separation. The ultrafiltration process has no phase transformation and operates at room temperature, making it particularly suitable for the separation of thermosensitive substances. It also has good temperature, acid, alkali, and oxidation resistance, and can be used continuously for a long time under conditions below 60 ℃ and pH 2-11.
The pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane is 0.001-0.1 microns, and the molecular weight cut-off is 1000-1000000 Dalton. If the filtration pore size is greater than or equal to 0.1 microns, it should belong to microfiltration membrane or fine filtration membrane.
The form of ultrafiltration membrane can be divided into two types: plate type and tube type. Tubular ultrafiltration membranes are divided into hollow fiber, capillary, and tubular types based on their inner diameters. At present, the ultrafiltration membranes used for water treatment in the market are mainly capillary type (inner diameter 0.7-2.0mm), and the hollow fiber (inner diameter 0.1-0.5mm) polyethylene or polypropylene membranes used in some projects should actually belong to microfiltration membranes.

3、 Characteristics of ultrafiltration equipment
1.Accuracy: Thoroughly filter out bacteria, rust, colloids, macromolecular inorganic substances, and other substances in water, and preserve them
The beneficial trace elements for human health, as well as the main targets of purifying microorganisms and turbidity in water, are superior to the hygiene standards for bottled drinking water.
2. Long lifespan: Because the ultrafiltration machine (even equipment that uses ultrafiltration technology to purify water) adopts the principle of vertical interlaced filtration, it is automatically cleaned, less prone to dirt and blockage, and has a filter cartridge lifespan of 30-50 times that of ordinary water purifiers under normal use.
3. High water production capacity: It can simultaneously meet various needs such as direct drinking, beauty, bathing, consumption, cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Low operating costs: Because ultrafiltration machines (even those that use ultrafiltration techniques to purify water) have high flux, long lifespan, and no need for protection.
4、 Application scope:
1. Water treatment for various processes in food and beverage processing.
2. Municipal water is used to treat surface water and well water for drinking.
3. Sterilization and turbidity removal of Baijiu, fruit wine, wine and yellow rice wine.
4. Deep recycling of wastewater for reverse osmosis pretreatment.
5. Deep treatment of urban, township, and rural sewage.
6. Purification of large-scale cooling circulating water.
7. Liquid concentration, separation, and clarification in fields such as biopharmaceuticals and chemical engineering.
