1、 Product Overview

There will inevitably be some air in the heating and cooling water circulation system, which comes from system water replenishment and pipe network leakage. The presence of air in water can have many adverse effects on heating and cooling water circulation systems. Accumulated gases can form air resistance, reduce system heat transfer efficiency, corrode system equipment, cause noise and cavitation in the system, resulting in poor system circulation, reduced service life of equipment and pipelines, and directly affecting the safety of the entire system operation. The vacuum deaerator can solve the troubles caused by air problems in heating and cooling water circulation systems for users.

2、 Working principle

A vacuum degassing machine is a vacuum generated by the suction effect of a water pump, which releases free and dissolved gases from water, and then discharges the system through an automatic exhaust valve. The degassed water is then injected into the system. These low gas content waters are unsaturated water with high gas absorption, which will absorb gases in the system to achieve gas water equilibrium. The vacuum degassing machine repeats this cycle every 20-30 seconds. Repeat this process in a loop to remove all gases from the system.

The degassing process of a vacuum degassing unit can be divided into two stages:

1) Water inlet stage: The liquid in the system enters the degassing tank, and all gases contained in the liquid will be released and separated from the system through the automatic vent valve at the top of the degassing tank.

2) Vacuum pumping stage: The degassing pump will continuously vacuum the tank, creating a negative pressure state, allowing all dissolved gases in the liquid to be released, accumulate at the top of the tank, and be discharged through an automatic vent valve. At this point, the inlet solenoid valve opens again and new liquid enters the tank. The absorbent liquids that have undergone degassing treatment are injected back into the system to participate in circulation and reabsorb the gases in the system.

3、 Product Features

1) It can greatly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of the heating or cooling system, which is beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system.

2) Remove gas from the system, prevent gas blockage, and ensure stable and reliable operation of the system during normal operation.

3) Eliminate water pump cavitation and reduce system operating noise.

4) Remove oxygen from water, reduce aerobic corrosion of the system, and extend the service life of equipment.

5) Removing gas from water ensures that there are no gas bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, thereby improving heating efficiency.

6) The working time and cycle of the deaerator can be adjusted as needed.

7) The maximum capacity of a single applicable system can reach 500m; Multiple units can be used in parallel.

8) The equipment is easy to install, fully automated, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.
