Introduction to stress:

Design bursting pressure: The pressure required by the customer or provided by the manufacturer at the same bursting temperature when designing the performance requirements of the bursting disc. It can be expressed as zuixiao or zui maximum value.

Ordinary type bursting disc (arch type): When the system is pressurized to a tensile strength (or tension) exceeding the capacity of the disc material, the bursting disc will open. Ordinary blasting discs are flat or arched, and the direction of the arch is consistent with the direction of the blasting pressure, that is, the blasting pressure acts on the concave surface of the positive arch blasting disc.

Discharge capacity: The ability to discharge fluid after the bursting disc is opened.

Blasting board: A blasting board is a pressure relief device that prevents explosions by releasing pressure when the system is excessively pressurized and about to explode. When the system pressure reaches the 'opening pressure' p value, the bursting plate will instantly open to release pressure.

Metal foil: A metal strip or foil used to manufacture metal explosive discs.

Free flow (discharge) area: the equivalent minimum flow cross-sectional area after excluding the influence of back pressure support and residual components from blasting on the flow area.

IP protection level: It is a sealing protection level that prevents external objects (such as dust, moisture, etc.) from entering the interior of electrical equipment or systems.

Method of blasting film lining:

Lining: an additional thin sheet or film (non coated) attached to a metal bursting disc or clamp.

Manufacturing scope: The manufacturing scope is a pressure range determined through negotiation between the manufacturer and the user based on their requirements. The average burst pressure of the same batch of bursting discs must be within this pressure range.

Zui operating pressure: refers to the maximum system pressure that ensures the normal operation of the bursting disc without causing excessive fatigue of the disc. According to the different forms of bursting discs, the maximum operating pressure is generally 50% to 100% of the rated bursting pressure. It is also commonly referred to as operational ratio.

Structural characteristics of the arch opening type blasting disc device: The combined blasting disc is composed of components such as strength film and sealing film, and an additional layer of support is required for situations where back pressure needs to be borne. There are holes and seams (radial or circumferential) on the strength film and bracket that weaken the strength of the material. When subjected to overpressure, it will break under tension at the section with the minimum hole spacing.

5. Large caliber LK type blasting discs can achieve very low blasting pressure, suitable for dust release and explosion suppression occasions;
