This product can measure the total value of inorganic nitrogen and is not used to determine organic nitrogen. The optimal pH value for the reaction is around 13. If the pH value of the sample is below 4, please neutralize it with diluted * solution before measurement. 2. Use a 1000mg/L standard solution, and the color of the standard color should be darker than 100mg/L. If the value is expected to be higher, please dilute the sample before use. 3. Keep the sample temperature between 15-30 ℃. 4. Before use, rinse the small pipette with clean water or the same sample for measurement. 5. Using measuring straws instead of plastic straws will provide better accuracy. 6. After adding K-2 reagent, reduction reaction will occur, and foam will occur in the sample. Remove the lid from the cup to prevent leakage of strong alkaline solution, while keeping it for 15 minutes. 7. Ensure that the filled PACKTEST tube is half filled. If the tube cannot be filled immediately, shake it 10 times, hold the top of the hole, press the tube again, and try to pull the sample into the tube. After taking the complete sample, invert the tube 2-3 times. 8. Unsolved K-2 reagent may remain in the battery, but it will not affect the measurement. 9. Some undissolved reagents will not affect the measurement of color comparison. When comparing with standard colors, please make sure to read under sunlight. It is difficult to determine the color under direct sunlight, certain fluorescent lamps, mercury lamps, or LEDs. You can put the line back into the aperture seal. This will avoid the possibility of material spillage inside the pipe.
