technical principle

• Double antibody: simultaneous detection: IgG/IgM immune response markers are detected at once by pre coated recombinant mouse anti human IgG and IgM capture antibodies.

• Colloidal gold labeling technology: The Leptospira antibody in the sample binds to the recombinant antigen labeled with colloidal gold, and migrates through capillary action chromatography to form a visible color band on the detection line (T-line)

• 15 minute quick interpretation: If a color strip appears, it is judged as positive, without the need for instrument assistance, and the result is intuitive and reliable.

• Built in quality control verification: Control line [C-line] ensures the effectiveness of the detection process and sufficient sample size
