Core detection principle

Double antibody detection technology:

• IgG detection line: Particles coated with Borrelia burgdorferi antigen bind to IgG antibodies in the sample, and react with anti human IgG antibodies through chromatography to form a colored band.

• IgG detection line: Particles coated with Borrelia burgdorferi antigen bind to IgG antibodies in the sample, and react with anti human IgG antibodies through chromatography to form a colored band.

• Quality control line (C line): Goat anti human IgG antibody is used to verify the effectiveness of the detection process and the adequacy of the sample size.
