The rough processing production line consists of a vibrating feeder, a hoist, a de stemming machine, a wind cleaning machine, a specific gravity selection machine, a specific gravity stone removal machine, a three-layer classifier, an electrical control cabinet, auxiliary accessories, and other parts. The main machines are connected by a hoist to form a complete production line, which realizes the continuous processing technology of raisin feeding, de stemming, impurity removal, dust removal, screening, selection, de stone, and grading.
1. 6PZ-2.0 vibrating feeder
Based on the characteristics of easy clumping and high impurities in raisin raw materials, the machine adopts a symmetrical high-frequency vibration motor design to achieve stable and uniform feeding, and remove large clumped materials.
2. 6TC-3.0 integrated machine for removing stems and removing impurities
This machine is a multi-purpose combination unit specifically designed for removing stems, impurities, dust, and screening of large impurity raisin raw materials directly taken out from the drying room. The de stemming structure of this machine uses food rubber to make de stemming components, which are clean, non-toxic, and undamaged. The use of a dual impurity removal system can more thoroughly remove dust, bellflower stems, and dried raisins from the raw materials.
3. 6BZ-2.0 Gravity Selection Machine
This machine uses positive air pressure suspension material to separate dried raisins and other impurities (such as sheep manure eggs) based on the different densities of the material and impurities (incomplete raisins).
4. 6QS-2.0 specific gravity stone removal machine
This machine uses positive air pressure suspension material to sort out stones, mud blocks, cement blocks, etc. in raisins based on their different densities with stones, mud blocks, and cement blocks.
5. 6FJ-3.0 three-layer classifier
Adopting a compound high-frequency vibration motor design, raisins are efficiently and quickly divided into three levels: large, medium, and small.
