This machine is based on our company's original model (4QZ-3000A/4QZ-2200A) The newly independently developed and produced green (yellow) storage feed harvester, with its core components combined with years of practice and high-tech, has a novel design and reliable quality, achieving non functional harvesting operations. At present, it has become an advanced and fully functional green (yellow) storage feed harvester in China. By adopting fully electronic intelligent control and fully hydraulic drive, multiple operations such as cutting, sequential feeding, shredding (can be kneaded), grain crushing, throwing, and loading of green (yellow) stored feed crops can be completed at once.

This machine adopts the "Classic" integrated low plate harvesting and cutting platform of Mu Shen, which solves the problem of harvesting non aligned and lodging crops, achieves the harvesting of green (yellow) stored feed in different planting modes, and ensures consistent cutting length of feed. (The cutting width is 2630mm, and the pre pressure feeding device, blade wheel box, grain crushing device, and feeding drum are all compatible with the existing 3-meter cutting platform of Mushen, which can achieve large feeding harvesting.).

2. A new type of corn kernel crushing device has been installed, which can crush complete corn kernels. After being kneaded by the crushing roller, the feed such as stems and stalks will become finer and softer, effectively improving the digestion and utilization rate of the feed.

3. Add a forced feeding tower wheel and equip the feeding wheel with forward and reverse rotation functions, which can reverse and discharge materials in case of blockage, greatly improving work efficiency.

The whole machine has a compact structure, with a wheelbase of 2500mm, using dual steering cylinders, rear wheel steering, and a small turning radius. Equipped with Yuchai 270 horsepower engine and Jiangling 1000 series gearbox, it has strong power and reliable quality.

Equipped with a built-in aggregate box (8.5 cubic meters) and a discharge height of 3.3 meters, it can operate without accompanying vehicles. It is also equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven chain rake, which can achieve quantitative unloading and adapt to various transportation vehicles. When working on land with good following conditions, it is also possible to control the 270 degree rotating feeding drum to accompany large transport vehicles during operation.
