During the operation of the machine, the vibrating component provides a slight forward rolling of the raisins, spreading the material as evenly as possible, while screening out small impurities through the sieve holes.

It is currently an advanced continuous high-speed dehydration machinery in China.

This machine is mainly used for further dehydration and dehazing of raisins after cleaning and dehydration processing.

This machine is mainly used for surface drying of raisins by using strong winds to air dry the surface of raisins.

The machine is equipped with a fully automatic temperature control heating system consisting of a heater, thermocouple, thermostat, and actuator, which reduces the viscosity of the oil and atomizes it onto a certain amount of raisins, saving oil and ensuring even spraying.
10The6PB-2.0Type oil mixer
The machine uses spiral propulsion blades inside the drum to propel and roll raisins, achieving rapid propulsion at the drum inlet, small propulsion in the middle, and large rolling to evenly apply the oil layer on the raisins.
