Test box structure


1. This set of box type rain test equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel material and processed into shape. The equipment consists of a box, a swing pipe bracket, a swing pipe transmission mechanism, a working rotary table, and an electrical control part. The box and control box are made of 1.5mm SUS304 stainless steel hairline plate. The interior of the swing pipe column is welded with channel steel to ensure that it does not shake when the swing pipe swings; The rotating table sample holder, flange, nozzle, and other accessory parts of the equipment are all made of stainless steel material.


2. The equipment is designed and installed with a set of 800mm diameter swing pipes, which are bent from stainless steel pipes and can swing back and forth. At the same time, water controlled at a certain flow rate and pressure is sprayed out through the nozzle on the swing pipe to conduct water tests on the test samples. The transmission device for swinging the swing tube is designed reasonably, manufactured precisely, and easy to maintain. The swinging of the swing tube is completed by a stepper motor, and the rotation frequency, angle, and speed of the turntable are automatically controlled by a programmable LCD controller, making the operation simple. The sample rack turntable adopts a lifting device that rotates 360 degrees horizontally. The entire equipment is designed reasonably and durable. On the premise of complying with national standards and ensuring stable performance in all aspects, the equipment is more practical and easy to control.


3. The equipment is equipped with a set of water storage devices to supply the swing and rotary pipes required for water spraying during the experiment. The water suction motor injects water pressure from the water tank into the pipeline, and maintains the specified flow rate and pressure by adjusting the pressure relief valve to spray from the nozzle of the swing pipe. If the experimental water can be partially recycled, the water sprayed through the nozzle can be filtered and reused in the storage tank. If the test water cannot be recycled, the laboratory must consider drainage to quickly discharge the test water without accumulating water.
