The XR-GJQ-1475 gauge gauge gauge calibrator (sine principle) is used to detect the indication errors of gauge gauge gauge and superelevation. The gauge and superelevation are both measured using block gauges to detect the readings at each point. The ultra-high part adopts the sine principle and uses an electric push rod lifting mechanism to complete the lifting work electrically, making the operation fast and convenient. 1、 Introduction to the calibrator:

2、 Performance characteristics:

1. This calibrator meets the requirements of JJG 404-2015《Railway gauge gauge calibratorRequirements of the Verification Regulations.

2. This calibrator (based on the sine principle) consists of a track gauge measurement section, a horizontal measurement section, and a superelevation measurement section, with a horizontal digital scale.

3. The gauge measurement part uses movable and fixed measuring blocks to reproduce 1435mm using a measuring rod as the standard, and with the help of measuring plates to reproduce three standard lengths of 1348mm and 1391mm. And by adding measuring blocks through the transmission mechanism, it is possible to verify the indication value at any position within the full range of 1410-1470 of the track gauge.

4. The ultra-high part adopts a motor transmission mechanism and a lever lifting mechanism. The center of the lever is located near the middle of the ruler, and the lifting work is completed by electric power, making the operation fast and convenient. Ultra high values are implemented using measurement blocks, making ultra-high zeroing simple and convenient.

5. The material of the movable and fixed measuring blocks, measuring plates and other components of this tester is high-quality stainless steel that has been quenched and treated, which is durable, beautiful and elegant. Most of its fastening screws and other standard parts are high-quality stainless steel standard parts.

3、 Structural composition:

The calibrator is mainly composed of inclination pad, fixed measuring block, ultra-high measuring wheel, ultra-high block gauge, movable beam, electric push rod, longitudinal and transverse leveling bubbles, fixed beam, movable measuring block, gauge block gauge, adjusting screw, fulcrum shaft, measuring rod, etc. The appearance and names of each part of the calibrator are shown in Figure 1. The electric push rod controller is shown in Figure 2.

5、 Instructions for using the calibrator:

1. Environmental conditions for use: The calibration environment temperature for the gauge gauge gauge is (20 ± 4) ℃, and the temperature change should not exceed 1 ℃/h. The temperature balance time between the gauge gauge gauge and the gauge gauge gauge calibrator and other necessary measuring instruments should not be less than 4 hours.

2. Leveling: Place the calibrator on a stable table, turn the adjustment screw, and first adjust the vertical and horizontal level bubbles of the calibrator to the center position.

3. Pre set gauge value: Open the movable and fixed end measuring plate, place the gauge gauge gently on the calibrator, repeatedly and slightly rotate the calibrator adjustment screw, so that the two ends of the gauge lightly contact the measuring surfaces of the two measuring blocks of the calibrator, without axial movement. Use a measuring rod to calibrate the gauge zero position (1435mm) of the calibrator. Remove the gauge and hang it for storage. Fix the movable and fixed end measuring plates, and the measurement size of the calibrator is 1435mm (corresponding to 1348mm and 1391mm at the same time). Place the calibrated gauge lightly on the calibrator and verify its level, gauge, and superelevation according to the requirements of the regulations:

4. Gauge indication error and repeatability: Gauge is tested through gauge blocks, and the indicated values of gauge, inspection interval, and back protection distance are read from the gauge ruler. Then, the gauge indication error is compared with the gauge block indication to obtain the gauge indication error. Lock the calibrator at any measuring point within the gauge measurement range of the gauge gauge gauge, then place the gauge gauge gauge on the calibrator and repeat the measurement of the gauge 5 times. The difference between the maximum and minimum measurement results is the gauge repeatability.

5. Ultra high indication error and repeatability: Lift the movable beam and adjust it from zero to 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm, and any other non-zero point using an ultra high gauge block. The difference between the absolute value of the gauge gauge gauge's ultra high indication and the gauge block's indication is called the ultra high indication error. Turn the track gauge 180 ° and place it on the calibrator. Measure again using the above method. The absolute value of the algebraic sum of the two readings is the super-high turning error.

After fixing the measuring point of the calibrator with a super-high gauge block, place the gauge on the calibrator and repeat the super-high measurement 5 times. The difference between the maximum and minimum values of the measurement result is the super-high repeatability.

6. After the verification is completed, place the movable beam in a horizontal initial state, wipe the calibrator clean, and cover it with a dust-proof cloth; The calibrator should be regularly coated with oil for protection.

6、 Precautions for using the calibrator:

1. The calibrator should be stored in a safe and dry room, away from heat sources and humid environments;

2. This instrument is a high-precision device, and should be handled with care during use and transportation to avoid severe collisions with various parts and prevent damage.

3. When not in use for a long time, the calibration table should be regularly maintained by adding lubricating oil to the rotating and sliding parts and applying rust proof oil to the easily rusted parts.

4. It is recommended that the calibration period should not exceed 12 months.

7、 Instrument after-sales service:

1. Technical Services:

1.1 The seller is responsible for the transportation, loading and unloading, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, and the responsibility and expenses shall be borne by Party B;

After the equipment malfunctions, Party B shall respond to customer needs within 2 hours and complete the repair task within 7 days;

After the installation and debugging of the equipment is completed, the manufacturer is responsible for technical training to ensure that the users of Party A can proficiently master the equipment principles, usage methods, and maintenance methods.

2. Quality assurance period:

2.1 The warranty period is 12 months from the date of product acceptance;

2.2 Lifetime maintenance of equipment, free upgrade of equipment control software, and maintenance services provided by Party B outside the warranty period will only be charged for the cost of parts, and all expenses of its staff will be borne by Party B.
