The XR-ZJC-IDC type distance gauge calibrator is a specialized tool used to calibrate the distance indication of railway distance gauges. The structure of this calibrator is an Type I calibrator. The measuring mechanism of the Type I calibrator is movable and can measure at any point within the full range of the gauge. Depending on the model, it can be used for the calibration of railway gauges with a measurement range of (0~1300) or (0~1800) mm. This calibrator is a high-precision, digital calibration tool developed according to JJG 1109-2015 "Verification Regulations for Railway Distance Gauge Calibrators". It has high detection accuracy and is easy and fast to operate and observe.
1、 Introduction to the calibrator:
XR-ZJC-IDC digital displayRailway distance gauge calibratorIt is a specialized measuring tool used to verify the distance indication of railway distance gauges. This calibrator has high detection accuracy and is easy and fast to operate and observe.
2、 Performance characteristics:
1. This calibrator is based on JJG 1109-2015《Railway distance gauge calibratorHigh precision, digital verification tools developed in accordance with the Verification Regulations;
2. The measuring mechanism of the calibrator is in a movable form, and the moving form of the measuring mechanism adopts a high-precision linear guide structure, with measuring blocks installed on its guide slider; The slider is connected to the reading head of the high-precision displacement sensor, which has high detection accuracy and is easy and fast to operate and observe;
3. Full range digital calibration device, with a measurement range of (100~1800) mm, can detect any point on the full range of the support ruler.
3、 Structural composition:
The structure of the calibrator is shown in the diagram below, consisting of an end measuring plate, a base, a guide rail, a measuring plate, a measuring block seat, a display device, a slider, a support seat, a limit plate, a grating ruler, a moving screw, and a fine-tuning device.

4、 Instructions for using the calibrator:
1. Clamping of support ruler:
Lift the clamping handle to release the clamping device, place the distance gauge on the calibrator, place the two measuring heads against the measuring surface of the end measuring plate, place the gauge body on the support seat, lower the clamping handle, and clamp the distance gauge measuring head.
2. Two measuring heads measure the perpendicularity of the insulation board rail surface:
Place the distance gauge on the calibrator, ensuring that the two measuring heads are tightly attached to the end measuring plate of the calibrator. Use a feeler gauge to check the gap between the measuring surfaces of the two measuring heads and the end measuring plate of the calibrator.
3. Indication error:
Adjust the positioning block of the calibrator to the appropriate position and fix it. Place the distance gauge on the calibrator, so that the two measuring heads of the distance gauge are tightly pressed against the measuring surface of the measuring plate at the end of the calibrator. Move the frame to adjust the reading of the distance gauge to the vicinity of the selected calibration points. Move the measuring head of the calibrator so that the measuring surface of the measuring head contacts the measuring surface of the measuring plate at the end of the calibrator. At this point, the difference between the reading of the distance gauge and the reading of the calibrator is the indication error of the measuring point.
5、 Precautions for use:
1. The calibrator should be placed steadily during use, and the measurement and inspection process should be operated correctly. Collision with the calibrator is prohibited;
2. After use, each rust proof component of the calibrator should be coated with oil for protection;
3. It is recommended that the calibration period should not exceed 12 months.
