Experimental principle and steps
1. Design and selection of siRNA: Select appropriate databases and software to screen siRNA targeting sequences based on research objectives. Typically, multiple siRNAs need to be designed to identify the target sequence*excellent*Effective siRNA sequences;

3. siRNA transfection: siRNA.
