1. Gear oil pumps and jacks should use designated working oil, usually No. 10 or No. 20 mechanical oil, but other hydraulic oils with similar properties, such as transformer oil, can also be used. The oil filled into the fuel tank must be filtered. Filter once a month when frequently used, and clean the fuel tank regularly. The oil level in the fuel tank should generally be maintained at around 85%, and if it is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner. The replenished oil should be of the same grade as the oil in the original pump. The oil temperature inside the fuel tank should generally be between 10-40 ℃ and should not be used at negative temperatures.

2. Oil pipes should avoid bending under working pressure. The oil tank connecting the gear oil pump and the jack should be kept clean and sealed with screws when not in use to prevent mud and sand from entering. The exposed oil nozzles of the gear oil pump and the jack should be sealed with nuts to prevent dust and debris from entering the machine. After daily use, the gear oil pump should be wiped clean and the oil dirt on the oil filter copper wire cloth should be removed.

3. The gear oil pump should not work under overload, and the safety valve must adjust the pressure according to the rated oil pressure of the equipment. It is strictly prohibited to adjust it arbitrarily.

4. Grounding power supply: The casing must be grounded, and the insulation condition of the circuit must be checked before trial operation.

Before operating the high-pressure gear oil pump, the regulating valves of each oil circuit should be released, and then the gear oil pump should be started. After the no-load operation is normal, the return valve should be tightly closed, and the oil valve stem should be gradually screwed in to increase the load, and attention should be paid to whether the pressure gauge pointer is normal.

When the gear oil pump stops working, the return valve should be slowly loosened first. After the pressure gauge slowly returns to zero, the oil pipe joint nut of the jack can be removed. It is strictly prohibited to replace oil pipes or pressure gauges during loading.

7. It is advisable to use a double coupled gear oil pump with dual acting jacks for simultaneous oil delivery.

8. Oil resistant rubber pipes must withstand high pressure, and the working pressure must not exceed the rated oil pressure of the gear oil pump or the maximum oil pressure actually used. The length of the oil pipe should not be less than 2.5m. When one gear oil pump drives two jacks, the specifications of the oil pipe should be consistent.
