Usage requirements:

1. The working oil should be kept clean. It is recommended to install an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of 80-100 μ m on the suction pipe of the pump, and an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of not less than 25 μ m on the return pipe. It should be cleaned or replaced regularly according to the oil contamination situation.

2. If there is an oil filter in the pump inlet, the effective flow rate of the filter should be greater than twice the maximum suction flow rate of the pump, and it should be kept unobstructed to prevent blockage.

3. It is strictly required to inject oil and exhaust before starting the pump installation, so that the pump can timely suck up oil when it rotates. It is best to loosen a pipe joint in the pressure pipeline, jog the power component to allow the oil to flow out until no more bubbles are seen, and then tighten the pipe joint (this operation should be handled with special attention, as pumps that have not undergone this operation are prone to initial damage and frequent failures). After installation, the pump should be operated under no-load and short-term load for no less than 10 minutes.

4. The upper limit temperature of the pump during continuous operation should not exceed 80 ℃, and the instantaneous operating temperature should not exceed 120 ℃ to avoid premature aging of the seal.
