Our company's self-designed and manufactured RFY series horizontal metal body fuel indirect heating air furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange. The fuel is burned through the burner to produce high-temperature gas. And with the help of a hot blast stove with enhanced heat exchange measures, the heat of the high-temperature gas is conducted to the heated air. After the heat is dissipated, the temperature of the high-temperature gas is reduced to 250 ℃ and discharged into the atmosphere. The air that needs to be heated is forcibly sent into the hot air stove through the optional blower. After absorbing heat, the temperature rises to the rated value and is sent out from the hot air outlet.

Widely used for heating and dehumidification of agricultural products such as grains, seeds and feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, fungus, tea, tobacco leaves, as well as pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and other products. It can also be used for heating large factories, dehumidification in mines, antifreeze at wellheads, etc

Performance advantages

When the hot air temperature drops to the rated lower limit temperature, the burner will reignite or switch to high flame combustion, and the heating speed can be adjusted by adjusting the inlet valve. High thermal efficiency hot air heating device (thermal efficiency can reach 65-85%). The output hot air temperature can reach 300 ℃, and the special design can reach 500 ℃ -800 ℃. Smoke and air each go their own way, so the air after heat exchange is clean hot air. Can be used in conjunction with various drying equipment.
