Functional part: The proportional flow control valve has bidirectional function. They can control the flow indicated by electrical command values through pressure and temperature compensation.

The device consists of a housing, a proportional solenoid valve with an inductive position sensor, a metering orifice plate, a pressure compensator, and an optional check valve.

The flow setting value is determined by the indicated value (0-100%) located at the command potentiometer. The instruction value indicated by the amplifier and proportional solenoid valve will affect the adjustment of the metering port. The position of the measuring orifice is recorded by an inductive position sensor. Any deviation from the instruction value can be corrected through position control.

The pressure compensator maintains a constant pressure drop at the metering port (3). In this way, the traffic has achieved load compensation. Low temperature drift is the result of a well-designed metering orifice.

When the instruction value is 0%, the measuring hole is closed. If there is a power outage or cable breakage at the inductive position sensor, the measuring hole will be closed.

Starting from the instruction value of 0%, a smooth startup process can be achieved. The metering channel can be opened and closed with delay through two ramp devices in the electric amplifier. With the help of a one-way check valve, free backflow from B to A can be achieved.

Install a Z4S 6 rectifier clamp plate below the proportional flow control valve to adjust the supply and return flow of the actuator.
