Overview
The structural design of the RBG solo aerosol generator supports operation in "powder"/"powder free" pulse mode with cycle lengths as low as one second. This function can be manually used on the device or through a connected computer.
Product Details
Many applications of research and quality assurance, as well as calibration of particle measurement equipment, require low concentration solid particle aerosols generated from powders.

For over 25 years, RBG systems have been widely used around the world to reliably disperse non stick powders with a size range of<100 µ m and a fine fraction of<100nm, such as mineral dust, active pharmaceutical ingredients, pollen, etc., achieving great success. Single solid materials such as blackboard chalk ash can diffuse finely and have high feeding consistency.

The advantage of this feeding and diffusion system is that in the RBG system, by quickly and easily replacing the solid material tank, a mass flow rate of about 40mg/h to about 800g/h can be dispersed with high feeding consistency.

RBGbasic can work with nitrogen as a carrier gas.

Gradually inject the dispersed powder into the cylindrical solid material tank and compact it. Lucerne University has determined that the compacted density of solid material tanks has high repeatability with a deviation of 3.4%. Insert the injected solid material tank into the RBG diffusion head. Then uniformly compress the powder at the injection height and deliver it to the rotating brush at a precisely controlled feeding speed. Adjustable airflow flows at high speed through tightly interwoven precision brushes, separating particles through the brushes. The diffusion head assembly includes a diffusion holder, diffusion cover, precision brush, and solid material tank.

Feeding is carried out through precise control of the feeding speed by the feeding piston. It is easy to reproduce and determine the required mass flow rate: based on the cross-sectional area of the solid material tank, the precisely adjustable feeding piston feeding rate, and the easily determined powder compaction density inside the tank.

diffusion

By accurately brushing the powder separated from the tank, it almost diffuses into the component particles in the diffusion head under the action of high-speed diffusion airflow (see Figure 2). Adjust the diffusion airflow by manually setting the pre pressure.
