MFP 3000 M filter test benchThe version is specially customized according to the requirements of ISO 5011 and the measurement procedure of ISO TS 19713-2:

Generate aerosols using RBG 1000 G:

The metering air of the RBG 1000 G solid particle aerosol generator is regulated by a mass flow controller. This will ensure that specific operating conditions are always maintained.
Additional solid material storage tanks and dispersion covers can provide optimal metering time at different air volume flow rates.

DLB 2000 compressed air humidifier for dispersing air:

Dry compressed air is commonly used to generate aerosols, and when the volumetric flow rate in filter material testing is very low, the relative humidity of the tested volumetric flow rate may significantly decrease. The DLB 2000 compressed air humidifier can accurately adjust the relative humidity and temperature of RBG 1000 dispersed air to the desired values, thereby minimizing the impact of relative humidity on the testing ash storage capacity.

Aerosol inlet on MFP 3000 M:

The aerosol inlet on the MFP 3000 M is specially customized for high-quality concentrations of 1000 mg/m ³ and ensures uniform distribution of test aerosols in the raw gas channel. Due to its simple structure, the raw material gas channel can be easily cleaned.

welas ® 2070 aerosol sensor:

welas ® The 2070 high concentration sensor ensures clear and reliable classification and separation efficiency testing at high concentrations up to 1000 mg/m3. These sensors are also equipped with special aerosol conduits to minimize contamination of internal optical components.

Software:

Various pressure differential levels can be set for feeding according to ISO 5011 in the filter material testing sequence program. Clearly defining test parameters in pre programmed sequence programs ensures a high level of comparability of results.
