Qinhuangdao High and Low Temperature Alternating Cycle Test ChamberProduced by CNC machine tools, the box is designed with circular arcs around it, no reaction door handles, transparent glass observation windows, stainless steel test holes, specially designed shelves, and reliable system configurations such as compressors, controllers, contactors, contact switches, relays, over temperature protectors, temperature sensors, etc. The stability of the equipment is comparable to similar imported products, and the reasonable quotation and perfect after-sales service are the advantages of Beijing Pusanda!

Inner box material: SUS # 304 8K mirror stainless steel plate

Outer box material: SUS # 304 stainless steel grit plate or A3 cold-rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying

Insulation material: Made of polyurethane rigid PU foam and high-density aluminum silicate cotton, with a thickness of about 100mm. It can effectively ensure the temperature inside the box is transmitted outward.

The box is made of CNC equipment, with smooth lines and elegant appearance;

The test chamber is a single door (embedded door handle) sealed with double-layer anti-aging silicone rubber;

Hollow glass windows with anti condensation and conductive film, as well as high and low temperature resistant lighting devices, can clearly observe the condition of the internal test items;

High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine for easy movement;

Air transportation system: Adopting imported high and low temperature resistant long shaft motors, equipped with aluminum multi blade impellers that are resistant to high and low temperatures. To achieve forced convection and vertical diffusion circulation, the laboratory is equipped with independent characteristic circulation air ducts to ensure uniform and constant temperature in the laboratory.
