Due to its rational design and process, the high and low temperature wet heat test chamber has a long service life and can operate efficiently and stably under different test conditions, ensuring the scientific and reliable results of the experiment.

The shell is made of stainless steel plate processed by CNC machine tools, which is easy to clean, resistant to aging, and has the characteristics of durability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. The inner liner is made of SUS304, 8k mirror stainless steel plate, which is bright, beautiful, and corrosion-resistant.

Insulation material: Polyurethane foam with high-density aluminum silicate fiber cotton. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and low heat transfer coefficient compared to similar glass fiber cotton. The insulation thickness is 100mm to ensure that the temperature inside the test room will not be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, making the test temperature more accurate.

Install an observation window at the center of the test chamber door to observe changes in the indoor sample. The observation window is made of three-layer hollow tempered glass and double layered laminated conductive film on the inside and outside, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and is not prone to steam frosting. It is equipped with high-quality lighting, which can assist in observing the test situation inside the test chamber when the light is insufficient.

The internal circulation system adopts a long axis motor that is resistant to high, low, and high humidity, equipped with aluminum multi blade impellers that are resistant to high, low, and high humidity, to achieve forced convection and vertical diffusion circulation, ensuring uniform and constant temperature and humidity in the laboratory.

A double-layer high tensile silicone sealing strip that is resistant to high and low temperatures is used between the test chamber door and the box body to ensure the sealing of the testing area. The main door plate is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful, durable, and uses a non reactive door handle, making it easier to operate, durable, and not easily damaged.

The lead test hole (on the left side of the machine) can be used for external testing of power or signal lines (with a diameter of 50mm, one is standard, and if the aperture and number of holes need to be increased, they can be requested at the time of ordering).

High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move and fix the machine.
