1、 Overview of our factory's production and manufacturing of valve control cabinets and controllers:

2、 Technical parameters:

1. Power supply: The motor is three-phase AC 380V50H2. Control as two-phase AC 220V, 50Hz;

3、 Installation and disassembly:

It is allowed to install the valve electric actuator at any position, but it must be noted that the motor should be placed as horizontally as possible, and the electrical box cover should be placed in a horizontal or vertical upward position as the recommended installation method, which is beneficial for lubrication Debugging, maintenance, and manual operation.

4、 Wiring precautions:

Open the valve to 50% opening with the handwheel, press the valve open or close button, and check if the rotation direction of the valve corresponds to the button. If not, immediately press the stop button to cut off the three-phase power supply and replace any two phases of the three-phase power supply.

Dry the pressure switch and turn it on, then tighten the screw.

1. Rotate the handwheel to fully close the valve, loosen the screw on the output shaft, and turn the closing cam clockwise to bring the BFA with an opening gauge;

2. Rotate the handwheel to fully open the valve, loosen the screw on the output shaft, and turn the opening cam counterclockwise to enable the BFC with an opening gauge, output 4-20mA, open position, close position, accident remote pull passive point, PLC passive point control BFB input, output 4-20mA, adjustable type, open position, close position, emergency remote pull passive point to dry the pressure opening micro switch, and then tighten the screw.

3. Manually or electrically open and close the valve, check whether the valve opening or closing meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it according to the above steps until it meets the requirements.
