Main parts and structural description of QC12Y-4X4000 hydraulic swing shearing machine:
1. Rack: welded into a frame structure from steel plates, with good rigidity. Two cylinders are fixed on the left and right columns, and an auxiliary knife holder is provided on the workbench for easy adjustment of the lower knife holder. The workbench is equipped with a feeding ball for easy operation.
2. Material pressing device: composed of several material pressing cylinders installed on the support plate in front of the frame. After the material pressing cylinders are filled with oil, the material pressing head overcomes the spring tension and presses the sheet metal. After the cutting is completed, it is reset by the tension of the spring.
3. Front and rear material blocking: The front material blocking is placed on the workbench and indicated with a ruler to adjust the movable block to achieve the desired material blocking value.
