1、 Whole machine structure

The machine adopts a welded structure for the whole machine, and the frame is composed of left and right wall panels, workbench, fuel tank, support block, synchronous shaft, and slider.

II Technology and Craftsmanship

1. The integrated hydraulic control system has a compact structure, reduces pipeline connections, and improves the reliability and ease of maintenance of the system.

2. Adopting torsion axis synchronization, two synchronous swing arms are installed at both ends of the slider, ensuring that the slider always moves parallel to the worktable and has strong resistance to eccentric loads during operation. The lower limit stroke of the oil cylinder is positioned by the mechanical stopper, and the bending angle does not drift during continuous operation. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which ensures high accuracy of the folded plate.

3. Material blocking and slider stroke adjustment, manual fine-tuning, digital display. The hydraulic power unit has a compact structure and is easy to install. It adopts an integrated hydraulic valve block with limited oil channels and joints to the minimum extent. The transmission is on the slider, and the speed adjustment range is large, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

4. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is easy to adjust.

3、 Configuration

Oil pump: Shanghai oil pump

Oil cylinder: 45 # steel forged part undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, with precision boring and extrusion of the inner hole.

Piston rod: 45 steel quenched and tempered treatment, outer circle plated with hard chrome precision grinding.
