The kit includes a lightweight fixture that integrates the electric field meter, charging pad, and decay timer into a handheld device, making it easier to measure the offset voltage and discharge time of the ion generator.

The handheld PFM-711B field measuring instrument is an instrument used for static and polarity measurements of objects under environmental conditions (23 ° C and 30% Rh), with an accuracy of ± 5%. This stable chopper can be used in environments with ionization without drifting. The hold button allows on-site instruments to maintain measurement values for easy recording. It also has automatic polarity indication, low battery indicator, high and low range, distance measuring light for * * and repeatable measurements, zero control button, and grounding button. PFM-711B includes two operating ranges:

PFM-711B uses dual range measurement to measure the surface voltage and electrostatic potential of positive and negative polarity charges. Within the range of kilovolts per inch, PFM-711B will display an electrostatic field voltage of 0 to 20000 volts in increments of 10 volts at a distance of 1 inch (25 millimeters) from the charged surface. Within the V/Inch range, the field strength meter measures the field strength from 0 to 1999 volts in increments of 1 volt at a distance of 1 inch (25 millimeters) from the charged surface. The instrument is easy to use and its control design is designed for one handed operation.

Provide grounding reference
The casing of the PFM-711B field instrument is conductive. It provides a grounding reference for measuring circuits. For accurate measurement, the person holding the blood glucose meter must be properly grounded, or the blood glucose meter must be grounded to the 10mm snap button installed on the back of the case. Ground the chassis by wearing a properly grounded functional wristband. Open the blood glucose meter and select the desired range. Press the zero control button to adjust the display to zero (0) volts.

Distance measuring lamps help with instrument positioning for precise measurements. Align the front sensor of the PFM-711B field instrument with the measured surface or object by approximately 1 inch (25 millimeters). Move the instrument towards or away from the surface until the rangefinder is focused on the testing surface. Once the electric field meter is correctly positioned, PFM-711B will display the measured electrostatic field on its display screen.

Use recording equipment
PFM-711B is the most flexible field instrument in the ESD control market. Combined with various attachments, it can perform many different measurements to analyze processes or environments that are sensitive to static electricity. When used in conjunction with an X-Y plotter, analog data recording device, or prostaglandin A-710B automatic analysis system, the analog output can record measurement results. Long lasting battery
The PFM-711B uses a 9-volt alkaline battery (included) with a lifespan of approximately 30 hours. The display screen is designed to indicate when the battery level is low. The low battery indicator is conveniently programmed to 7.2 DC volts, which is the minimum voltage required for accurate measurement.

Portable charging pad monitor
The CPM-710B charging board component is a 3.25-inch x 3.25-inch isolation board accessory for the PFM-711B electrostatic field meter. It converts the PFM-711B field instrument into a portable battery powered charging tablet display. By connecting the CPM-710B charging board to the PFM-711B, this instrument can also be used for ion balance voltage measurement.
