Components and accessories:
The components include sensors, weighing platform, instruments, junction boxes, data cables, and ramp (no base type)
Load bearing and force transmitting structures: Mechanical platforms that transmit the weight of objects to weighing sensors, commonly available in two types: steel structures and steel-concrete structures.
Weighing sensor: It is the core component of a car scale, playing a role in converting weight values into corresponding measurable electrical signals. Its quality directly affects the overall quality of the scale. Weighing sensor and weighing display device: used to measure the electrical signal transmitted by the sensor, process and display the weight reading through software, and further transmit the data to printers, large screen displays, and computer management systems.

Main technical parameters of electronic weighing scales
1. The load-bearing panel of the weighing scale is made of 10-16mm carbon steel plate;

3. Welding process:

4. Surface treatment:
(1) After welding and forming, strict rust removal treatment is carried out by sanding, followed by spraying (amino epoxy) primer. After curing, the surface metal topcoat is sprayed, which enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance compared to ordinary paint.
