Small scale experiment

-Can conduct experiments on kilogram level small molecule distillation, thin film evaporation, and distillation

-Through small-scale experiments, the feasibility of material separation can be determined, and which suitable separation process to use can be determined

-Preliminary determination of separation process parameters can be achieved through small-scale experiments

-By analyzing the samples collected from the small-scale experiment, the achievable product quality can be determined

-Information on product yield can be obtained during the experimental process

-Small scale experiments are generally conducted in distillation equipment made of glass materials. Due to the visual characteristics of glass materials, during the distillation experiment, you can observe the characteristics and phenomena of the product, including the influence of the viscosity of the material on the scraping film, the characteristics of the material being scraped into a thin film during the distillation process, whether the material will undergo thermal decomposition, coking, and other phenomena. These are of great significance for the selection of future equipment

-Due to the material saving nature of the small-scale experiment, we only need about 2 kilograms of material to complete one testing task and collect the necessary process information mentioned above.

Before the small-scale experiment, our professional engineers will have clients to coordinate and understand in detail their material separation requirements, the composition of raw materials, separation goals, and other material characteristics that require special attention. During the experiment, we will record in detail the phenomena observed, the process parameters used, and compile them into an experimental report and data sheet to be sent to the customer. At the same time, the samples we collect will be strictly numbered and sent to customers for further analysis. We also eagerly look forward to receiving feedback from our customers on the analysis results of the samples, so that we can work together with them to determine the appropriate separation process and provide guidance for the next steps of our work.

pilot test

The purpose of pilot testing is to further validate the process and determine the required scale of equipment to be purchased through pilot testing based on successful small-scale experiments. There are also many situations where customers need to collect large quantities of products for downstream process validation.

By utilizing the thin film evaporation and molecular distillation pilot devices in the testing center, we can achieve a processing capacity of 15-25 kilograms of material per hour. Through the pilot test, you will achieve the following results:

-Provide corresponding process assurance foundation for future industrial facilities

-Through long-term operation, grasp the physical properties of materials, especially viscosity, purity, chromaticity and other indicators

-Final determination of process parameters

-Verify the achievable product quality and yield of future devices

-Determine the scale of future device purchases

-Determine the selection of vacuum pump system

-A pilot experiment requires a minimum of 100kg of raw materials
