KDL-10 standard molecular distillation equipmentIts main configuration features are:

• Manual feeding container: capacity of 0.5 liters.

• One collection bottle is used for the discharge collection of light and heavy components, with a standard configuration capacity of 2 liters.

• Standard configuration includes a heater with a main evaporator jacket

• For processing high viscosity and high melting point materials, an upgraded manual feeding container with a jacket and a heater for heating and insulation of the feeder can be configured

• The discharge of heavy components can also be equipped with a heater

  
  

Limitations of the standard model:

• The stability of the feeder speed is not high, and the height of the liquid inside the feeder will affect the feeding speed

• Due to the fact that there is only one collection bottle for each of the light and heavy fractions, it is not possible to collect samples under multiple distillation conditions

• If the collection bottle is full, the equipment needs to be stopped, the vacuum released, and a new bottle replaced before restoring the previous distillation conditions
