The KDL-10 single continuous discharge molecular distillation equipment is equipped with a continuous discharge gear pump for heavy or light component fractions. We recommend using the original German gear pump to ensure continuous discharge under high vacuum and to have wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant characteristics. Although the cost may increase, it is very cost-effective.

KDL-10 Single Continuous Discharge Molecular Distillation EquipmentThe main configuration features are:

  • Manual feeding container: capacity of 0.5 liters.

  • A high-precision discharge gear pump equipped with a variable frequency motor, controlled by a frequency converter

  • Due to the fact that there is only one discharge gear pump, this gear pump can be installed for light phase discharge or heavy phase discharge, depending on which component is important to the experimenter as a product component

  • One discharge port uses a gear pump, while the other outlet uses a 2-liter collection bottle

  • Suitable for screening various conditions of product components that require attention, it can be continuously discharged under high vacuum, and a sample can be collected with each change in process conditions, with very high efficiency

  • It can also be suitable for batch production and collection of product components under determined process conditions


Limitations of single continuous discharge type:

  • Due to the presence of only one gear pump, when conducting distillation under multiple conditions and determining the cutting ratio of light and heavy components under each condition, it is not possible to explore simultaneous sampling of light and heavy components under multiple conditions for the other component due to only one collection bottle

  • The stability of the feeder speed is not high, and the height of the liquid inside the feeder will affect the feeding speed
