Pressure transmitterUsed to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal output. The intelligent pressure transmitter can communicate with the HART controller for setting, monitoring, or forming an on-site monitoring system with the upper computer.

working principle
The working process of this device is that the pressure is transmitted to the center measuring diaphragm of chamber D through the isolation diaphragm on both sides or one side, and the filling liquid. The central diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element that produces corresponding deformation displacement in response to the pressure difference acting on it on both sides. Its displacement is proportional to the differential pressure, with a maximum displacement of about 0.1mm. This displacement transformation forms a differential capacitor on the capacitor plate, which is converted into a 4-20mA DC signal output in a two-wire system by electronic circuits. (See figure)

Measurement range: 0~0.1KPa to 0~40Mpa
Output signal: 4~20mA DC (can be powered by a four wire 220V system, 0~10mA DC output)
Power supply: 12-45V DC, usually 24V DC (see load characteristics in the figure)

Load characteristics: related to the power supply. The load capacity at a certain power supply voltage is shown in the above figure (load characteristics). The relationship between load impedance RL and power supply voltage Vs is: RL ≤ 50Vs-12
