The WRET-01 pressure spring fixed nickel chromium copper nickel thermocouple uses a pressure spring to tightly adhere the thermocouple end to the surface of the measured object, in order to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. It is used in conjunction with display instruments and can directly measure temperatures within the range of 0-400 ℃. Thermocouples come with flexible extension wires that can be bent freely, have a small thermal response time, and are easy to use. They are suitable for industries such as plastic extrusion, textile, and food.

The working principle, division characteristics, allowable deviation, reference end (cold junction) temperature compensation, and connection method with display measuring instruments of WRET-01 thermocouple are the same as those of general thermocouples.

Installation method


The installation method of WRET-01 thermocouple is shown in the figure. It is fixedly installed on the measured object. First, tighten the connecting bolts on the measured object, then tightly attach the thermocouple to the measured object, tighten the sleeve screws, and finally tighten the locking sleeve.
