core principle

Dissolve air under pressure using a dissolved gas tank to form dissolved water. After being depressurized by a release device, 20-50 μ m microbubbles are generated. The bubbles adhere to suspended solids and float to the water surface, which is then removed by a scraper and discharged with clean water that meets the standard. ‌

Applicable scenarios

Oil containing wastewater: such as coolant and lubricant wastewater in mechanical processing, the oil removal rate can reach over 90%. ‌

High concentration suspended solids wastewater: Treating wastewater with SS concentration up to 20000mg/L, with a removal rate of over 95%. ‌

Low temperature and low turbidity wastewater: suitable for low turbidity and high organic matter wastewater generated in precision instrument processing. ‌
