core principle

Using pressurized dissolved air technology, air is dissolved in water to form supersaturated dissolved air water, which is then released through a release device to produce 20-100 μ m microbubbles. Bubbles combine with suspended particles (such as heavy metal ions) in wastewater and float up to the surface, forming a scum layer to achieve solid-liquid separation. ‌

Dissolved gas pressure: It is recommended to stabilize at 0.35-0.45MPa. If the pressure is too low, the bubbles will be too large and the adsorption force will be weak. If the pressure is too high, the bubbles will easily burst. ‌

Reflux ratio: After treatment, clear water refluxes 20% -30% to the dissolved gas tank to ensure bubble production.

Retention time: The sewage stays in the air flotation machine for 20-40 minutes to ensure sufficient contact between the bubbles and flocs. ‌
