Precision grade thermocouple compensation cable

Usage conditions:

1. Working temperature: heat-resistant, available in two types: 200 ℃ and 260 ℃. Generally used: maximum temperature of 70 ℃ and 105 ℃.

2. Zui low ambient temperature: Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables: fixed laying -60 ℃, non fixed laying -20 ℃. Polyvinyl chloride insulated and sheathed cables: fixed installation at -40 ℃, non fixed installation at -15 ℃.

3. Allowable bending radius:

a) Compensation cables with copper tape shielding should not be less than 16 times the outer diameter of the cable;

b) Compensation cables of other structures should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Note:

1. For other types of compensating wires such as KC, JX, SC, EX, NC, TX, etc., simply modify the * item of the model, such as EX-G-VV, TX-H-FVP, etc;

2. When the conductor needs to be a multi strand soft core, an "R" should be added after the prototype number, such as TX-G-VVPR;

3. Polyethylene (Y) insulation and cross-linked polyethylene (YJ) insulation compensation cables can also be provided as needed.

4. The shielding layer of compensation cables can also be wrapped with metal strips, such as composite aluminum strips (P3) and composite copper strips (P2);

5. Flame retardant compensating cables should have "ZR -" added before the prototype number.

6. For armored compensating cables, "-22" should be added after the prototype number to indicate steel tape armor; Add "-32" to indicate steel wire armor.
