Intrinsic safety control cables are suitable for connecting electronic computers and automation equipment with high anti-interference requirements for rated voltages of 500V and below. The insulation of the cable ground wire core adopts K-type B-class low-density polyethylene with anti oxidative aging performance. Polyethylene has high insulation resistance, good voltage resistance, and its dielectric constant and dielectric loss are less affected by temperature and frequency. It can meet the requirements of transmission performance and ensure the service life of cables.

In order to reduce mutual crosstalk and external interference between circuits, JKVVP2 adopts a shielding structure for the cable. The shielding requirements for the cable are to use methods such as twisted pair combination shielding, total shielding of twisted pair cables, and total shielding after twisted pair combination shielding according to different usage scenarios. There are three types of shielding materials: copper wire, copper tape, and aluminum foil/plastic composite tape. Shielding pairs have good insulation performance, and if there is a potential difference between shielding pairs during cable use, it will not affect the signal transmission effect.
