This product is made of fluoropolymer material and produced using fluoropolymer extrusion equipment. The product has excellent electrical performance and excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. Widely used in fields such as power, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, and high-temperature environments as a connection for electrical appliances, instruments, and transmission lines for automatic control systems for long-term use.

product structure

1. Conductor material: Copper conductor

2. Insulation material: Fluoropolymer insulated cable at 200 ℃;

3. For shielding material: Copper plastic composite tape wrapped for total shielding

4. Total shielding material: Copper plastic composite tape wrapped for total shielding

7. Sheath material: Fluoropolymer insulated cable at 200 ℃

Usage characteristics:

1. Rated voltage: 300/500V and below

2. When the cable is allowed to operate normally, the working temperature of the conductor is 200 ℃ for fluoropolymer insulated cables;

3. Conductor temperature during cable short circuit: 260 ℃ for fluoropolymer insulated cables (The duration of the short circuit is 5 seconds);

4. Bending radius during cable installation:

Unarmored or metal wire shielded cable: 6D

Armored or metal wire shielded cable: 12D

5. Working capacitance of shielded wire group (1kHz): ≤ 280pF/m

6. The distributed inductance between cable groups is ≤ 0.8 Μ h/m;

7. The capacitance imbalance between cable groups should not exceed 300 pF at a test frequency of 1kHz and a cable length of 250m
