Pre stressing pipe equipment

The prestressed corrugated pipe production line is a specialized equipment for producing prestressed corrugated pipes for bridges. Prestressed plastic corrugated pipe is made of HDPE as the raw material for production, mainly used for post tensioned prestressed cement structures and hole forming of tension rods. It has the advantages of good sealing, no water seepage or slurry leakage, high ring stiffness, small friction parameters, aging resistance, anti-static corrosion resistance, good softness and toughness, not easy to be chiseled by the tamping rod, and convenient construction connection. Mainly used in the construction of large-span tensioning projects such as highways, railways, overpasses, bridges, slopes, and high-rise buildings.

1. The production specifications of this unit range from φ 45mm to φ 150mm.

2. The complete set of equipment consists of an extruder, extrusion mold, vacuum forming machine, cooling device, traction machine, fixed length cutting machine, and reversing table.

3. It can be operated by a round tube and flat tube integrated machine. The equipment has the advantages of low investment cost and strong impact resistance of the produced corrugated pipes.
