PE pipe equipment

This unit is mainly used for producing various plastic doors, window profiles, wall panels, ceilings, etc. made of PVC, PP, PE and other materials. The plastic door and window profile production line uses PVC powder to manufacture various plastic door and window profiles, decorative profiles, etc. Referring to new foreign technologies, the unit has been optimized and designed with features such as uniform plasticization, low shear rate, high output, and long service life.

The unit consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a traction machine, a cutting and laminating machine, and a flipping rack. The host adopts AC frequency conversion or DC thyristor drive, and the temperature control instrument can choose imported products. The auxiliary vacuum pump and traction motor are both made of high-quality products, which are easy to maintain. After replacing the screw and mold, foam profiles can be directly extruded, which is more effective than a single screw.

According to different molds, the shaping table can be selected in specifications such as 4 meters, 6 meters, and 8 meters. Equipped with a conical twin-screw host, especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of profiles.
