Software functions:

CE, C, Si content measurement

It can measure the active CE, C, and Si contents of 10 target materials and calculate the grade of molten iron (HT).

Active CE carbon equivalent measurement range: 2.20-4.80%;

Measurement range of activated carbon content: 2.00-4.20%;

Measurement range of active Si content: 0.2-4.0%

The correction values for activity CE, C%, and Si% can be set in (-0.99-+0.99).

Iron adjustment calculation

Based on the target composition range, the carbon yield and silicon yield of the molten iron weight, and the measurement results, calculate the amount of carbonization agent, ferrosilicon, or scrap steel added that hits the target composition.

Measurement of spheroidization rate

TG-6型Pre furnace molten iron quality management instrumentBy measuring the eutectic degree and undercooling of the molten iron, and assuming sufficient active Mg content, the spheroidization rate of the spheroidized molten iron can be calculated.

Management of composition of molten iron

According to the product brand, the carbon equivalent, carbon content, and silicon content composition range will be set. The instrument will display the content in different colors, with high values displayed in red and low values displayed in green. Users can also modify the content range themselves.
