1、 Overview:

HY-N503-10AC-3UPositive pole of high-voltage power supply (constant current source)It is a newly developed DC high-voltage power supply adopted by our company. Internally, we use PWN high-precision control chips from Silicon General and high-power IGBT from Semicon, which have the advantages of stable output voltage and high efficiency.

2、 Main indicators:

Input voltage: AC 220V ± 10% 50HZ

Output voltage: 0~+50KV ± 10%

Output current: 10mA

Adjustment method: potentiometer adjustment

Protection method: Constant current type

3、 Usage:

1. Reliable and secure connection of the high-voltage power input ground wire to the work site ground wire.

2. Connect the high-voltage output terminal reliably to a load with a withstand voltage greater than the output voltage, and connect the output ground wire.

3. Adjust the potentiometer to the low end of Z.

4. Connect the power supply after verifying whether the specifications of the power supply voltage match the nominal value of the input voltage of the power supply.

5. Turn on the power switch and adjust the potentiometer to the output voltage.

6. To stop using the power supply, the power should be turned off first before adjusting the high-voltage output terminal.

4、 Precautions

1. High voltage power supplies should be stored in a dry storage space to avoid use in abnormal working environments.

2. Users are strictly prohibited from dismantling or modifying equipment without authorization.

3. The company is not responsible for losses caused by equipment damage caused by uncontrollable factors such as fires, floods, lightning strikes, and earthquakes.

4. Before using the power supply, please carefully read this manual and confirm whether the specifications of the power supply voltage match the nominal value of the input voltage of the power supply.

5. Before powering on the power supply, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the connection between the external leads of the power supply and the user's circuit or instrument equipment, without any false or incorrect connections, in order to avoid damaging the power supply itself and the user's instrument equipment.

6. When regulating the external control voltage, the control voltage should have high stability and extremely low ripple; When adjusting the potentiometer, the multi turn potentiometer should be reliable and stable. During the adjustment process, the voltage changes should be smooth and continuous, without shaking or jumping.

7. During operation, the power supply should avoid interference from strong electromagnetic fields to ensure its various performance indicators.

8. A certain insulation distance should be maintained near the power output lead end to avoid high-voltage arcing or ignition with surrounding components.

9. Do not connect inductive loads at the high-voltage output end.

10. If abnormal phenomena occur during the operation of the high-voltage power supply, the power should be immediately turned off, and the cause should be investigated and analyzed.

11. The power output should not be short circuited for a long time, and in any case, the power supply should not be used for a long time under overload.
