Overview

Portable mercury analyzer, portable mercury monitoring instrument RA-915M Working principle: The RA-915M analyzer uses the Zeeman atomic absorption spectroscopy (ZAAS-HFM) principle of high-frequency modulated polarized light to analyze the absorption of 254nm resonant emission line by mercury atomic vapor

Product Details

The RA-915M mercury analyzer uses high-frequency plug background correction technology (ZAAS-HFM) to perform mercury analysis and detection based on the principle of atomic vapor absorption of 254nm resonant emission lines. It can be equipped with different modules to achieve detection of various samples such as solid, liquid, and gas, suitable for analyzing/monitoring air, water, soil, flue gas, emergency leakage accidents, hazardous waste, biological materials, occupational environment detection, etc. The relevant testing methods comply with standard methods: US EPA Method sw-846, EPA 1631 method, EU standards EN 148313806, EU15852, national standards GB 7468-87, EPA Method 7473 combustion pyrolysis method, EPA Method 30B adsorption tube method, and US ASTM D7622-10 standard.

Working principle: The RA-915M analyzer adopts the Zeeman atomic absorption spectroscopy (ZAAS-HFM) principle of high-frequency modulated polarized light, and analyzes the absorption of 254nm resonant emission line by mercury atomic vapor

Application technology solution

Mercury emission monitoring of coal-fired power plantsEPA30B activated carbon adsorption tube method; The mercury emission analysis equipment for coal-fired power plants, referred to as the "Mercury Monitoring Kit" by the US EPA, can monitor exhaust gas, wastewater, solid waste, coal and fly ash flue gas, and is suitable for monitoring various aspects of mercury emission reduction in coal-fired power plants;

Direct detection of heavy metals in the environment-Zeeman effect cold atomic absorption method for real-time monitoring of mercury in the ambient atmosphere, which can be portable, vehicle mounted, and fixed station monitoring; Analysis of soil sediment and solid waste using combustion pyrolysis method; Cold steam method for analyzing wastewater; Combustion pyrolysis method for detecting mercury content in complex cosmetics, drugs, blood samples, and urine samples

Emergency detection of pollution sourcesThe exquisite modular design and high sensitivity, low detection limit characteristics of solid-liquid gas are suitable for various emergency accidents, quickly finding pollution sources, and completing detection work near sampling points to ensure the reliability and efficiency of detection data

oil and gasEquipped with natural gas accessories, it can directly analyze the mercury content in natural gas in real time; Equipped with complex sample attachments for direct detection of mercury content in petroleum products, suitable for safe production and process control

Food drug testing- Direct and rapid qualitative screening of samples containing mercury; Direct and accurate detection of mercury content in complex samples using combustion pyrolysis method

Earthquake Geology and Mineral Resources- Directly and accurately measure mercury emissions from fault layers, ore layers, and geochemistry. Accurately measuring the emission levels of gaseous mercury and water-soluble mercury in the earthquake industry is helpful for pre earthquake prediction.
