PF-E785 is a testing product launched by our company, mainly used for scientific research (materials research, chemical synthesis, biological research), unknown chemical detection, and illegal food additives (SERS) industries.

PF-E785 is a portable device that integrates detection and analysis, with a one click switch between professional and non professional modes. It can not only quickly identify components in complex outdoor environments, but also perform more complex spectral analysis in the laboratory.

PF-E785 balances high performance with ease of use. The combination of instruments and microscopes can also measure white light absorption spectra, confocal Raman spectra, fluorescence spectra, etc.

Portable Raman SpectrometerThe operation process mainly includes the following steps:

Preparation work

Charging check: Ensure that it is fully charged and in normal working condition.

Sample preparation: Place the test sample in an appropriate location, ensuring that the sample is clean, dry, and free of impurities as much as possible. The sample should be placed in a position that can be accurately illuminated by the laser of the Raman spectrometer.

Power on self-test

Turn on the portable Raman spectrometer and wait for its self-test to complete to ensure that all functions are functioning properly.

Connection settings

If necessary, connect the computer via a USB cable and open the corresponding Raman software.

Set the corresponding spectral wavelength range and step size, as well as measurement modes and parameters such as excitation light source power and integration time in the software.

Sample positioning adjustment

Place the sample in the testing area and ensure it is in the correct position. Many instruments are equipped with an adjustable sample holder, which can easily position the sample in the optimal position.

Start testing

Close storage

After completing the test, follow the device's instructions to properly shut down the system, such as turning off the laser source, exiting the software, and shutting down the computer (if necessary).
