Product Details

Microscopic confocal Raman spectrometer, microscopic fluorescence spectroscopy, excitation light source support for customized development

The PF-TR100 research grade confocal Raman spectrometer is a spectral measurement system developed by our company, which integrates high resolution and high sensitivity. The instrument can achieve micro and macro measurements. Support Raman spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and absorption spectroscopy measurements, and provide * confocal Raman imaging, polarization imaging, and fluorescence imaging functions. It can quickly and accurately obtain detailed images and spectral data of the tested sample, which can be widely used in standard Raman analysis, fluorescence spectroscopy analysis, photoluminescence (PL), needle tip enhanced Raman scattering (TERS), etc.

PF-TR100 balances high performance with ease of use. The whole machine software controls automatic switching between white light/laser light paths, and reserves optical path input/output interfaces for later expansion of other functions.

The PF-TR100 confocal Raman spectrometer adopts an aberration corrected optical path design and is equipped with a high-sensitivity deep cooled CCD detector. The optical path software automatically switches.
