1、 Working principle:
Using high-purity nitrogen/helium as the medium, the absolute volume of the sample is calculated with an accuracy of ± 0.01% through precision pressure sensors and gas expansion algorithms.
Triple safety protection: anti-static design, gas circulation and voltage stabilization system, non-destructive testing, ensuring zero risk of high-risk sample testing.
Adaptability: Can be connected to an external high-pressure container to directly measure the volume change of the sample inside the sealed container (application: expansion rate of propellant in high-pressure environment).

Why do we have to choose EnerVol-50?
The fatal flaw of traditional methods:
Drainage method: Energy containing materials are prone to combustion/explosion when exposed to water, and porous materials absorb water, resulting in severe distortion of volume data.
Geometric measurement method: cannot handle irregularly shaped internal pores, let alone adapt to high-pressure sealed container scenarios.
