Pointer flowmeter~The pointer type metal rotor flowmeter is a variable area flow measurement instrument with the characteristics of small volume, large detection range, and convenient use. It is particularly suitable for measuring small flow liquids and gases. The pointer type metal rotor flowmeter can only display instantaneous flow and can be equipped with remote transmission function.

⇒principle structure

When the fluid flows from bottom to top through an upright measuring tube, the float rises under the action of pressure difference, and the height of the float rise represents the size of the flow rate. And it is coupled and transmitted to the indicator through the magnetic steel in the float and the magnetic steel in the indicator, driving the pointer in the indicator to rotate.

★ Measurement range: water (2.5-60000) L/h; Air (0.07-2000) m³/H (at 0.101025 MPa, 20 ℃)（Clean liquids and gases can be measured）.

★ Accuracy levels: 1.5 and 2.5.

★ Range ratio: 10:1.

★ Work pressure: DN15-50, 4 MPa; DN80～100，1.6MPa。

★ Medium temperature: -80 ℃~200 ℃ (with F46 flowmeter lining at 0 ℃~80 ℃).

★ Connection methods: flange connection, threaded connection, etc; The flange adopts the GB/T9119.8-10 standard.

⇒Structural principle
Under the action of the pressure difference between the liquid at the inlet and outlet of the instrument measurement room, a pair of elliptical gears A and B continuously rotate on the shaft and discharge the liquid. By measuring the number of revolutions of the elliptical gears, the total value of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined.
2. The LC type elliptical gear flowmeter adopts a magnetic seal connection. The accumulation mechanism uses a character wheel to represent the cumulative reading.
The materials in contact with the measured medium inside the elliptical gear flowmeter include cast iron, cast aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and yellow steel.
