Overview

When selecting and ordering high-temperature V-cone flow meters, users should first provide the following process parameters to the manufacturing enterprise:

1. Diameter of the pipeline (diameter * wall thickness)

2. Material of pipeline
3. The medium measured by the flowmeter
4. Working temperature of the tested medium
5. Working pressure of the tested medium (maximum pressure, minimum pressure, normal pressure)
6. The working flow rate of the tested medium (maximum flow rate, minimum flow rate, normal flow rate)
7. Viscosity of the measured medium

Note: The above parameters are the basis for detailed calculations by the manufacturer before production. Without these parameters, it is difficult to produce a V-cone flowmeter that meets user requirements. The manufacturer calculates the beta value and differential pressure value (range of differential pressure transmitter) of the V-cone flow sensor based on the above parameters provided by the user. These tasks are calculated and completed by professional engineers in the manufacturing plant.
