Product Details

Thermal transfer oil: Thermal transfer oil, formerly known as "heat carrier oil" in GB/T 4016-1983 "Terminology for Petroleum Products", is a specialized oil with good thermal stability used for indirect heat transfer. Due to its uniform heating, accurate temperature control, ability to generate high temperatures under low steam pressure, good heat transfer effect, energy saving, and convenient transportation and operation, it has been widely used in various occasions in recent years, and its usage and quantity are increasing.

1.Low permanent pressure loss

Forming a unique local contraction with minimal permanent pressure loss, only a few thousand pascals, or even a few thousand pascals of permanent pressure loss. The cone causes the fluid axis to gradually contract towards the pipe wall symmetrically, and the gradually diffusing side walls are throttled. The cone is located on the central axis of the pipeline and effectively acts on the high-speed central area. Under the same conditions, the permanent pressure loss of the V-cone is 25% of the orifice plate, and the differential pressure is 50% of the orifice plate, resulting in low energy consumption.

2. High accuracy of 0.5%, good repeatability of 0.1%, and a range width ratio of 10:1

Due to the use of a "gradually contracting inner wall" throttling method in the V-cone flow sensor, the static pressure generated on the downstream side is a high-frequency, low amplitude signal (surge flow), rather than a low-frequency, high amplitude signal produced by old-fashioned differential pressure flow meters such as orifice plates. This makes the differential pressure △ P measured by the differential pressure transmitter a very stable signal with low noise. If the noise is high, the differential pressure transmitter cannot measure low pressure, low flow pressure signals.

3. Short straight pipe section required for installation

Automatic rectification function. The required straight pipe section for installation is short: the front straight pipe section only needs 0-3D, and the rear straight pipe section only needs 0-1D. The requirements for straight pipe sections are low. The conical shape of a V-shaped cone disperses fluid flow, resulting in a flatter velocity distribution. The pointed cone itself acts as a flow regulator, effectively reducing the convex shape in velocity distribution. Make the fluid velocity distribution meet the requirements and effectively reduce the demand for upstream straight pipes.

4. Self mixing and self-cleaning functions

It does not block or adhere, and can measure the flow rate of contaminated fluids. Due to the cone being located in the high-speed center area of the fluid at the center of the axis, droplets, bubbles, and solid particles carried in the fluid will be automatically swept downstream of the pipeline, especially in continuous use

5.Self protection function

Wear resistant, with long-term stability, no need for repeated calibration. Due to the pointed shape of the V-shaped cone, it ensures that no fluid directly impacts its downstream edge, reducing wear and ensuring the reliability of the flowmeter, reducing maintenance workload, and extending the calibration cycle of the instrument.

6. Measurable water vapor

When measuring gases such as compressed air and saturated steam using an orifice plate, there is often water accumulation in front of the orifice plate, which affects the measurement accuracy. The usual solution to this problem is to install the throttling device on the vertical process pipe, or use a ring missing orifice plate or eccentric orifice plate instead. The structural characteristics of the high-speed center zone of the fluid with the cone located at the center of the axis can fundamentally solve the problem of water accumulation in front of the throttling element, and because this is its inherent feature, it does not require special or special treatment, so it will not cause any uncertainty in the measurement.
