working principle
Drying and dehumidification part: The humid and hot air coming back from the drying material bucket is cooled and blown into the honeycomb wheel. The moisture in the air is adsorbed by the impeller and then desorbed by the regenerated heated air. Two streams of air act simultaneously on the rotating wheel, and as the wheel rotates, the moisture in the air is continuously adsorbed and desorbed by the regenerated air, forming stable low dew point air. After being heated to the drying temperature of the plastic, it is blown into the drying material bucket, forming a closed cycle to dry the raw materials.
→ Material suction part: Material is sucked into the drying material bucket from the storage bucket or other storage containers. When the magnetic spring switch of the vacuum hopper detects no material, the material suction motor runs, creating a vacuum in the vacuum hopper. The raw materials in the storage bucket are sucked into the vacuum hopper due to the pressure difference of the air. After the suction time is completed, the material suction motor stops running, and the raw materials will fall into the drying material bucket due to their own weight. The dried raw materials are drawn from the drying material bucket and installed in the photoelectric hopper or micro motion hopper of the plastic molding machine.

8. Optional optical grade hopper dryer to adapt to the production of optical and food grade products;
9. The filter features a transparent window design, allowing for observation of the filter's usage status and regular cleaning or replacement;
10. The buckle type sealing plate design makes maintenance and repair more convenient in the later stage;
After dehumidification, the dew point of the air can be as low as -40 ℃.
